David Klaiber

Mr Klaiber advises and represents our clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law. In addition to providing ongoing employment law advice, particularly to our international clients (including drafting employment contracts, amendment agreements, termination and settlement agreements, remuneration issues, training agreements, short-time working and conducting termination proceedings), his main area of expertise is successfully representing our clients in and out of court before the employment tribunals. Mr Klaiber also has particular expertise in European law, residence law with employment law implications (employment migration) and data protection law. He advises clients on all matters concerning foreign employees.
