Dr. Sven Lochelfeldt

Dr. Sven Lochelfeldt advises and represents clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law. In addition to ongoing employment law advice (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, change contracts, termination and settlement agreements, the development of incentive and care programmes and the preparation of termination processes), the focus of his activities also lies in the successful management of proceedings. Dr. Sven Lochelfeldt also has special expertise in social security law, in particular in the monitoring of status determination procedures and representation in opposition proceedings and social court proceedings against contribution and fine notices issued by the German Pension Insurance Fund.

Dr. Sven Lochelfeldt is a lecturer in employment law at the Paritätische Akademie Berlin and is active in the Paritätische Personalforum.
