Dr. Linda Kurta

ALISTAIR Legal founder, Dr. Linda Kurta, advises and represents clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law. In addition to ongoing employment law advice (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, change contracts, termination and settlement agreements, the development of flexible working models and the preparation and implementation of termination processes), the main focus of her activities lies in the successful representation of our clients, both in and out of court, before both the civil courts and employment tribunals at all levels. As a DEKRA-certified data protection expert, Dr. Linda Kurta also has special expertise in the field of employee data protection. She advises clients on all issues relating to data protection law, in particular with regard to the handling of GDPR violations and liability issues. She also provides support when it comes to supervisory procedures legal disputes in this respect.

Dr. Linda Kurta is a lecturer in employment law at the Paritätische Akademie Berlin and is active in the Paritätische Personalforum.
