Even ALISTAIR Legal’s premier consultants were once trainees and we want to make our contribution to the training of young legal professionals. This is why we offer legal trainees the chance to support us in our client work within the law firm and elective training stages and to learn from our experience. You will also receive remuneration at the same level as at a large law firm. We consider a traineeship at ALISTAIR Legal to be an entry-level opportunity into our boutique firm.

Following successful completion of the first state examination, we offer law students an opportunity to further deepen the knowledge of employment law they might have already acquired in a specialisation. Please apply at bewerbung@alistair-legal.de .

What we look for: one for all, all for one. You are an ALISTAIR Legal person if you have two fully satisfactory state exams or an overall score of at least 18 points in both state exams

• doctorate / PhD;
• several years of professional experience or a proven focus in employment law
•  fluency in English. A professional title is desirable, but not essential.

High level of professional development potential

As part of ALISTAIR Legal, experienced colleagues and a close-knit team will be on hand to assist you. You will have direct client contact right from the start and the chance to develop into a premier consultant within the framework of regular team meetings, training courses and quality audits. Within the first two years – possibly even earlier, depending on the quality level of your consulting skills  – you will assume increasingly independent care of our clients and thus much more quickly than would be the case at a larger firm.

We are aware that, regardless of whether you are a career starter or an experienced professional, the path to excellence in consulting requires training and additional professional education. Our team will support you in this and, of course, you will also have our full support during your training as a specialist lawyer in employment law.

Salary at the level of the large law firms

Quality comes at a price. We are aware of this. We demand a lot. We also offer a lot: remuneration at the same level as large law firms, regardless of whether you are a new starter or an experienced professional. You will get to share in our firm’s success, which we value as a joint achievement.
